I’m on twitter

Twitter

I tried to resist the twitter thing, but I just kept hearing about it and my curiosity won. I’m now on twitter: http://twitter.com/gabrielsaldana.

I don’t know much about how it works or why it’s cool, so any tips are appreciated.

Hey!
So cool you finally enter 2007 era… OK let’s just tweet.

The most amazing of this is you don’t need to write a thousand words stuff to make it worth to be read.
You also don;’t need to upload or link pics, vids and so from another site.
And if used properly, can be a great source of talk with your pals on next meeting. (or daddys)
Just write how you feel, what are you doing… and now you can program. Just let your team know what piece of code are you working on!

Also, check twimbler for next level. It’s also cool and I am sure you can rail an app on that. Should b great if you relate this with last paragraph (that was a free advise ;P )

I have also recently given in and joined Twitter. My main reason is that a lot of people I know use twitter and I was missing out on those connections. I use gwibber to post to both accounts and thanks to the identi.ca api, anything I post through the identi.ca website gets uploaded to twitter instantly so I don’t even need to go to the twitter website, EVER.

The only thing that gets complicated is keeping two separate conversations from different applications.

How has your run been so far?

Starting new to twitter can be frustrating but when you genuinely utilize it as the compelling marketing tool it can be it will pay off in the long run. I believe twitter is a essential way to drive traffic to your site.
